I feel much stronger and a noticeable improvement in physique

Ive been following the program for a few weeks now. But also I have missed a few days here and there. The trainers voice is pleasant and the small incremental goals are really fun to get into. I am at 108 push-ups per day, which is not bad starting from only 20. Highly recommended.

Needs ability to change rest times between reps

Not as advertised

This app does not help you go from 0 to over 100 push ups. It starts you at 21 push ups for your first workout... how can I do 21 on my first day when I dont have the upper body strength to do 1 push-up? Would be fine if you can already do 21+ push-ups.

Apple Health

This is a must have app but it needs to integrate with Apple Health!
