I like it, it keeps track and be a good motivator. Very nice.

Starts easy and you start adding reps.
I am a runner and wanted to get some upper body work into my routine; so I was not in bad shape when I began with this app. I have been doing the sets every other day as it instructs quite faithfully. If I fail in a set, I repeat that workout instead of advancing on the next workout day. This has happened only a couple of times. But now at Week 4, day 1 for the second time I cannot quite complete the sets without muscle failure and a longer rest in between. I am determined to complete the entire program but I think it will take longer than advertised.
This app is really easy to use and has nice motivations. Its small sets that gradually increase BUT it lets you go at your own pace. You dont have to do it every other day but it will remind you if you havent done it that week. Ive been using it for a month now and enjoy it so much!
A simple concept executed with finesse. This exercise app does a good job building on regular exercise intervals to increase ability to do push ups. It might be nice to include in future versions the ability to modify the training by asking how easy the person found the workout and have the program adjust accordingly (an increase or decrease in push-ups).
Worth the money. Always look forward to using it.
Useful and user friendly
Starts very easily for beginners
Good for beginners
Great for people who havent done arm or chest workouts since high school weight lifting class
Motivating and easy to follow. Needs to support external music while still operating though.
Easy to use. Great job.
I usually find it impossible to stick to exercise routines but this app is keeping me motivated and focused. Went from 20 to 140 push-ups so far. UpDate:::::: just surpassed 220 push-ups in 12 weeks!!
Easy to use. Well worth the money
The app starts with 18 push-ups on day 1, 21 on day 2, etc (sets of 3-4). If I could do that I wouldnt need the app. It makes no allowances to start at a different beginning point, and for someone like my wife (who doesnt have the upper body strength to do 1 proper pushup) it gives none of the easier alternates for beginners who want to work up to real push-ups. The app feels like it was written by some male programmers without consulting fitness experts or resistance trainers. Its perfect for a 18-30yo guy that can do push-ups but needs an app to get back into it.
This app keeps track on the dates youve done your activities and keeps you motivated!
I like it very much. Hopefully it will help me keep the rhythm during entire 2013;)
It really helps. Thanks!
