Day 1 is 18 push ups. I cant do 18 push ups as a BEGINNER. I can only do a few. So I rated it low since I found it to be misleading and I cant use it until I can get to 18 push ups on my own. The title says 0-100, so they should have started lower than 18.
Day one starts you off with 3 push-ups then a rest for 90 seconds with a 5 minute warmup. Not 18 all at once! Great app.
This is a simple app, which is a good thing in this situation, but still has everything you need to know about doing push-ups successfully. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the contact. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone. Over and out.

If I could do 3 push-ups, rest, 4 push-ups ect. to 18 pushups in 15 minutes I would have done this on my own. But I cant. This definitely isnt for beginners and doesnt even have coaching while you do the first set of push-ups. Id rather have someone coach me in person, because this app left me hanging with the time ticking down.
Its very easy. READ the instructions. App Starts with sets of three push-ups. So if you have a good fitness level week one will be to simple. You will have to build an additional workout. So far Im enjoying the App. So for the person who states "I Cant Do 18 Push-ups" your not starting all at once!!

If you can already do, say 15 push-ups in a row you are better off starting at the end of week 2. It should adapt according to a starting fitness test and give more reps from day 1 like some other apps do. Also, I find that the app reminds me to workout on days I have not chosen.

If you are a beginner than this app will definitely help you achieve the goals you wish to achieve but entirely depending on this wont help. you have to plan you workouts, the push-ups are suppose to be a part of your workout not the workout itself.
Works great for me. On day three. Nothing I cant handle. I like that I can see my progression.
Excellent app, reminder and motivating. Im on week 3 and I see a huge difference from day 1!
Added it to my workout... When I started I could only do 15 pushups at one time. I just finished week 3 and I can do 53 push-ups without stopping!!!

Great little app. Easy to use, quick way to incorporate exercise and muscle building into your day. A good way to stay motivated.
Nothing fancy, just does what it says. Ive never been able to stick to an exercise reg before but now I do. Just set the timer and it nags me on enough that Im doing more than 60 in a set!
